WSOP¹ 2012 Player: Joshua Lehrer

I cashed last year, so buy shares in me this year while you still can. Rules:

100 shares available @ $100/share = $10,000 entry fee
Shareholders are buying a limited interest in player's prize winnings in 2012 WSOP¹ Main Event
Player will own at least 50% of all shares outstanding

Buying Shares:

Players who invested in 2011:
- Given first chance to buy up to the same number of shares in 2012.
- Share requests and payments must be received by March 31, 2012.
- After March 31, 2012, any shares remaining will be made available to anyone.
Buyers should request shares from player via email and pay via PayPal to the same address.
Please do not pay with a credit card or PayPal charges non-refundable fees that add up.
If player fails to buy in using these funds, shareholder money will be returned (e.g. via satellite)

Details:

Shareholder equity will be adjusted by any dealer tips, deals, and any withholdings by management
Taxes are the responsibility of the shareholders but may be withheld by the player
Player is responsible for all additional expenses (hotel, airfare, etc...)
Player will retain all non-prize pool benefits including, but not limited to endorsements and appearances
The schedule has three day 1's (1A-1C spanning 3 days) and three day 2's (2A-2C, spanning 2 days) of which player intends to register for 1B, July 8th 2012, and 2B, July 10th, 2012, continuing on day 3, July 12th, 2012.
